For the past 20 years, the Mississippi Workers’ Center has provided representation and advocacy for low wage Black workers, who are victims of employment discrimination and often are subjected to retaliation and a hostile work environment. The Center has filed cutting edge lawsuits in the areas of race discrimination and sexual harassment.
