A collaboration between the Center and two long-standing community-based organizations: MACE and QCDO. The primary objective of CAP is to implement a state-wide “Know Your Rights” campaign aimed at providing information, organizing support and advocacy for low-wage African American workers in the Mississippi Delta and other parts of the state.
